1. These are the terms and conditions which apply to all reservation made by you on www.albionhousehotel.com. These terms are updated from time to time.
2. ORDER: You can reserve a room(s) at Albion House Hotel London by completing the details required on the reservation page and clicking the continue button.
All rates are displayed (and charged) in UK sterling and include VAT. We are under no obligation to accept your enquiry, but normally do so when the room is available, and your credit / debit card company approves your credit / debit card payment.
Your reservation represents an offer of contract from you and is NOT binding until you have received an email confirming receipt of payment and confirmation of reservation. We are entitled to cancel a booking in the case of obvious error or inaccuracies regarding the reservation.
3. ADMISSION: Management reserves the right of admission. If we feel the guest(s) may cause damage to the property we reserve the right to cancel the booking with full refund. If damage is caused this will result in immediate cancellation and the guest will pay full damages to fix it.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER: Making a reservation is notification of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. PAYMENT: If you choose to pay by credit / debit card the details will be held on a secure server and can only be accessed by our management team. We will check if there is availability for your enquiry and then your credit card will be debited for one night stay per room booked. The rest of the stay will be debited in full by credit or debit card or by cash and traveler's cheques.
Our payment system utilises Molten Gold's e-commerce Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption, making it virtually impossible for any unauthorised parties to gain access to any information that you send to us. MoltenGold Ltd. provide Thawte certificated SSL services to give you complete peace of mind when making your online reservation.
We are not responsible for the operation of this secure server and we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a 3rd party obtains unauthorised access to any information.
You acknowledge that it is not normally possible to detect from inspection of an internet transmission whether the original of it had been forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused or where the transmission details such as the name of the sender, senders email address or date of transmission imprinted on it automatically are genuine, and you therefore agree to indemnify us against any actions, proceedings, damages, costs, claims, demands or losses whatsoever arising from your so acting, obeying or otherwise dealing in accordance with such internet transmission appearing to have been so furnished by you.
6. LINKING: We assume no responsibility for the content of any other web site to which our web site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of or reliance of any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites.
7. GENERAL: If for any reason, any part of these terms is unenforceable, then the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected. English Law will govern our agreement and English Courts will resolve any disputes. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelation Policy |
Notice must be given at least 72 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise you will be charged one nights stay per room booked.
